I’ve been so blessed in my career to have met Lauren straight out of massage school in 2017. Lauren has been an amazing mentor and true friend on this journey. Her passion for creating serene and tranquil spaces in our industry is unmatched! In 1997 Lauren began her education at the Massage Institute of New England where she studied massage therapy including Deep tissue, Swedish & Esalen. From those studies, she graduated with a Diploma recognized by the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Since then she has been committed to helping people live healthier lives through the power of touch.

She has also studied Cranio-sacral therapy through the Upledger Institute, and have further broadened her education to include energy work in Reiki I and Reiki II, Reflexology, Neuromuscular therapy & Cervical and upper Thoracic pain conditions.

Her love of health and wellness led her to become a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). In 2006 she graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York City where her coursework was focused on whole foods/primary foods, cooking, additional massage education, yoga and meditation.

Caryn is a compassionate massage therapist and Reiki Master Teacher who creates nurturing, heart-centered spaces for healing and renewal. Blending intuitive touch with creative, nature-inspired offerings, she designs workshops and wellness experiences that help others reconnect with balance, clarity, and inner peace. Her work is grounded in presence, artistry, and a deep belief in the body’s ability to heal.

She is trained in Reflexology, Swedish, Pre-Natal and Infant Massage. She may incorporate Cupping and Guasha into your sessions. She also offers Hot Stone Massage and CBD massage oil. She is also trained in Polarity and other Energy Healing Modalities.

Caryn is highly intuitive and is a Medium. At her core, Caryn is a seeker, a healer, and a grounded guide - someone who believes that when we care for the body with intention, we create space for clarity, strength, and a deeper sense of self.
