Although, having practiced various modalities, none had the profound healing qualities for her, that she experienced with EFT. Kara attended Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth, MA to become an LMT in 2021.
Kara introduces a very relaxing but therapeutic massage to the body by combining Swedish and deep tissue techniques. While utilizing trigger point therapy, hot stones and a wide array of relaxation techniques, the mind and body will feel a deep sense of relaxation and relief after her massage.
To add to her offerings, Kara has recently completed an Ashiatsu course through Deep Feet Bar Therapy. This type of deep pressure massage is preformed using feet instead of hands. This is very focused and intentional work as the therapist will stand on the table with you and use their body weight to apply deep, slow, continuous pressure. This work helps break up nerve bundles and is extremely lymphatic.
